php-horde-mapi software package provides MAPI utility library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install php-horde-mapi
php-horde-mapi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the php-horde-mapi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep php-horde-mapi *
You will get with php-horde-mapi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
